Here's a design featuring Miku from the Vocaloid software. I changed things around slightly compared to how I normally code and now there's no tables at all, which makes it less confusing for me :P I also fixed it around to make the coding pass the validation test. The title World is Mine comes from one of Vocaloid's songs sung by Miku.

This design is compatible with Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox on a 1024 by 768 screen resolution. It's also validated successfully in HTML 4.01 Transitional and CSS.
